Knowbits December 2005

Reflecting back...

The last Knowbits was ironically published a year ago. Little did I know at the time that 2005 would prove to be such a busy year so full of change - and I'd have to put aside some things.

MarketUP continued to thrive and gain new customers, which left no time for our own efforts. We also had our share of challenges, as our web master went through a personal crisis - that had a very happy ending...we relocated the business in August - all the way to Marietta, GA...our chief designer relocated to Portland, OR but still delivers fantastic design.

One of our favorite - and oldest - clients, Dr. Charles Handler of Rocket-Hire, went through the devastating ordeal of Katrina...and MarketUP becoming temporary HQ until the water drained away. They still face a long recovery, but we manage to get out the Explorer.

We also became "international" - by signing new client HR Alloy based in Montreal, QC, Canada, and they have had a roaring 4th Quarter!

And so we made it through our second official year, happy, healthy and excited about our clients' successes as well as opportunities for 2006.

Knowbits will be rejuvenated in January..
