Donna M Lehman

The catalyst for MarketUP was Ms. Lehman's
work as an independent consultant for a number of startup technology-focused
companies; creating marketing strategies, customer acquisition campaigns,
brand development programs, and public relations work. She saw a clear
need for first-class marketing services in the vital small business sector,
and an accessible way to provide them.
Before taking a leap of faith, Donna spent more than 17 years doing design,
communication, and B2B marketing for start-ups and Global 100 conglomerates
in various industry sectors. She is passionate about what she does, believes
that change is healthy and necessary, is infinitely curious, and constantly
looks for ways to improve results.
Donna is truly a "change agent." Organizations
have often called upon her to move them in a new direction (usually forward).
Based on her success in making positive change happen, she's received
awards in PR, marketing communications, and technology innovation, and
has presented workshops on internal marketing, and developed user group
conferences. Celebrating more than six years in business and surviving the economic crisis of 2008/2009, Donna is looking forward to whatever the future may hold.

Development Dimensions International (DDI, Inc.), Pittsburgh, PA. A human resources
consulting firm. Highlights: Moved a large direct marketing organization
from paper-based to focused, email communication and web-based events
for 35k+ client contacts. Managed multiple product launches–concurrently–achieving
or surpassing revenue goals and client acquisition targets.
iSearch, Inc. (aka Interactive Search), a pre-IPO Web-recruiting
pioneer, named 3rd fastest growing tech company in Los Angeles by Deloitte
& Touche Fast 50 in Nov 2000. Donna worked to developed corporate
branding, internal and external messages, PR, and sales tools for a technical
enterprise software product used by over 100 clients including BellSouth,
eBay, Entergy, Honeywell, Merck, Nordstrom, and Siemens.
Trust Company of
the West (TCW, Inc.), Los Angeles. Financial
services product development, marketing and public relations on a national
level. This $60 billion global asset manager created a start-up division
to penetrate the mutual funds market with the first 401k-advice product now called GuidedChoice - an extensive 3 yr. project requiring in-depth research, a ground-breaking
DOL exemption (Oct 98) and assembly of a high profile Board of Advisors,
developers and designers - many of whom are now part of Market-Up and
our Network!
