I touched down yesterday at La Guardia just before 9:00 am following a blessedly uneventful flight from Atlanta, and went straight to the conference site. Easy check-in at the badge/registration area, and caught Lee Odden's presentation mid-stream: "Dominate Your Niche with Social SEO & Blogging". Lee was very specific in this 'how-to' session and shared a number of practical insights, including links to some 'free stuff' from his Top Marketing blog. Only sorry I missed the first part.
I also attended a rapid fire case studies panel featuring three social networking practitioners effectively using the media to successfully promote business and brand. They were all new faces to me, but the stories were so compelling, I'm now following each of them to keep up with their conversations. Thanks to @foiledcupcakes, @StoneBrewingCo, and @bsimi for sharing your lessons learned. (Mari Luangrath, Jacob McKean, and Brian Simpson, respectvely).
Opening Keynote by Gary Vaynerchuck was captured in part by John Chow (thanks for uploading the video).
Better stop now to make it to the morning sessions. Besides, I need to stop name-dropping, or it will look like I'm trying to overload my keywords and links. Only trying to give credit.
